PRESS WELDED LAMINATED COPPER SHUNTS
laminated copper electrical shunts are made of several thin layers of laminated copper press-welded to create bonded ends.

Laminated shunts are designed to customer specified dimensions and tolerances.
To order you need to determine:
1.Shunt type (shape)
2.Lamination leaf thickness (each; i.e. .005, .010)
3.Total shunt thickness (laminations only)
4.Shunt width
5.Shunt length (outside length)
6.Hole diameter - ID
7.Hole pattern and number of holes
8.Hole location from shunt end

insulated flexible copper bars are mainly utilised for providing the power connections between busbars and the disconnection devices within an electrical panel. The insulated layered copper allows the flexible copper bar to be easily formed to provide a customised solution.

BRAID AIR AND WATER COOLED

They are manufactured from 0,10 – 0,80 mm cooper wires. We manufacturecontact parts of bars with desired current capacity and measurements. As perorder we produce them with water or aircooling.

The products are sent to customer after performing all the tests of the products.
